How to Book - Tarrifs & Booking Conditions

 

  • Please read the booking conditions below as they are strictly adhered to.
  • Telephone to check availability and provisionally book your accommodation. Telephone bookings are held for 5 days pending receipt of your completed reservation form.
  • For Bookings please telephone 0191 587 3301 or Mobile 07922 412 196
  • Complete your reservation form and send DEPOSIT (or FULL AMOUNT, if booking within 6 weeks of your holiday date). Complete BOTH SIDES of the reservation form and sign on the reverse.
  • Cheques or Postal Orders should be made payable to Yorkshire Coast Holidays Limited.
  • We do strongly recommend that you take out Cancellation Insurance. This is not compulsory but it is difficult for the few that do have to cancel, and also for us, when no provision has been made.
  • For all bookings please bring your own towels and tea towels.     
  • All prices are fully inclusive of;
    • VAT @ 17.5%
    • GAS ELECTRICITY
    • BEDLINEN IS PROVIDED
    • CENTRAL HEATING

 

Booking Conditions

  1. Booking Applications:  All reservations for accommodation are applied for and accepted subject to the following conditions:-
  1. NO DOGS allowed on the park at any time.
  1. Telephone reservations will be held for 5 days only pending receipt of your completed reservation form and deposit booking fee or full amount.
  2. Bookings: Subject to the accommodation being available. A booking will be made on receipt of the booking deposit fee (Which is non-refundable or transferable). Should the accommodation you have requested not be available and you have given no alternative your deposit will be returned. On receipt of deposit/booking fee “Holiday Confirmation” will be invoiced to you (less monies received) Please retain for future reference as no reminder will be sent.

    Bookings are not accepted from all male or female parties or parties of young couples and where such parties are found to be in residence they will be required to vacate immediately and shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation. Specific requests will be accommodated if possible i.e.. friends/family wanting caravans adjacent or a specific caravan.

The balance of the hire charge is payable no later than 42 days before arrival. Otherwise in default thereof the reservation will be deemed cancelled and the deposit booking fee forfeited to Yorkshire Coast Holidays Limited

  1. Occupation : Is from 3pm on day of arrival (please do not arrive early anticipating early occupation). Please vacate no later than 10am on the day of departure leaving the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

Unless prior arrangements have been made the company reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if it is not claimed within 24 hours of the time it was said to be available.

Should the accommodation be vacated earlier than the departure day, upon return of the keys, the company reserve the right to re-let the accommodation should it wish to do so.

The booking is accepted only for the number of persons including children and babies stated on the reservation form and at no time may exceed the number for which the caravan was booked ie 2, 4 or 6 persons. Any extras added after the booking has been accepted are entirely at our discretion and may be refused.

  1. Breakages and Damages: must be reported immediately by the hirer to reception and paid for or replaced. Any damages or breakage found after the hirer has vacated will be still charged to the hirer.
  1. Late Arrivals: Our 1st point of contact on site must be notified by 5pm if you are unable to arrive before 7pm (we do not normally accept arrivals after 7.30pm, thank you).
  1. Cancellations: Provided notice is given in writing or faxed to us 42days before commencement of the holiday all monies will be refunded, less the deposit booking fee which is non-refundable or transferable. After this date in the event of cancellation the full balance of the hire charge is payable by the hirer unless the accommodation can be re-let. In the event of any cancellation of any booking by the company the liability of the company will be limited to the refund of any monies paid.
  1. Insurance : Cancellation insurance is NOT automatically added to the cost of your holiday. The company does advise the hirer to take out this form of insurance.
  1. Cars/Parking: On Northcliffe one car only may be parked alongside the caravan accommodation. Extra cars must park in the car park. Vehicles must not exceed 10 m.p.h. within the main park or 5mph on the Touring Park and must not exceed 20 m.p.h. on the private road from the B1447 to Northcliffe Holiday Park. Vehicles must only be driven by holders of a current driving licence having adequate insurance cover.
  1. Hirers: wishing to entertain day guests during their stay may do so subject to management approval.
  2. General: The Company does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, inconvenience, loss or damage to persons or their property howsoever caused, during their stay ay Yorkshire Coast Limited Properties sited on Northcliffe Holiday Park.  The company reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone whom in their sole discretion they deem unsuitable for the accommodation provided and to expel any person who is causing a nuisance or annoyance to others. To expel any person who breaks any of the Park Rules, a copy of which can be found on the park notice board. A copy of the Parks Rules will be forwarded on request.
