Yorkshire Coast Holidays Limited was formed in April 2006 as a new venture. The companies aim was to establish a number of Luxury Caravan Holiday Homes on an already well known and respected, award winning site. From the out set we purchased our caravans from Willerby Holiday Homes, one of the top UK manufacturers,  through the recommendations of Mr& Mrs S.Martin, owners of the Northcliffe and Seaview Holiday Parks.

We were already experienced Caravan Holiday Home owners based on the Northcliffe and Seaview Holiday Parks since April 2004. We saw the opportunity to provide a standard of caravan holiday home beyond the norm. We wanted our clients to feel at home from the moment they walked through the door. To enjoy the additional comfort you would expect when away from home, and to be in a clean and safe environment for all. From our own knowledge of the local area, and after many months of viewing sites around the Whitby area, we knewthat upon arrival at Northcliffe and Seaview Holiday Park it would be just like home from home.

Our luxury caravans are ideally suited for family holidays or short breaks. Ramblers and cyclists are also catered for with many coastal and inland walks such as the Cleveland Way, and the National Cycle Network, both within yards of the site. For Cyclists each of our caravans has a Trimetals Lockable Bike Storage Unit (suitable for 3 - 4 Adult Bikes), attached to the pitch.  If you haven’t brought bikes, hire them from the local Trailways cycle shop or use the unit to lock away your empty cases or rambling accessories.

After a days walking, cycling, or taking in many of the local attractions, return to your holiday home, relax on the balcony with a refreshing drink, take in the view and breath in the wonderful fresh sea air. Alternatively just sit back and switch on the TV, and catch up on the local or national news. If that’s not your preferred choice switch over to Sky  with approx. 200 free to view channels, or just sit back put in a DVD and watch one of our 10 free to view movies provided.

For quiet family times play Chess or Drafts on the beautiful wooden carved set provided in each home, along with a selection of family board games including Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, Dominoes and the old time favorite, a deck of cards.

We have provided luxury bedding in all of our caravans to enable everyone to have a peaceful nights sleep. Double quilted pillows and Memory foam toppers give that extra feel of comfort. They are designed to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter leaving you fully refreshed for the following days events.

Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks

( A “Double Winner” chosen by the Y.T.B as “Yorkshire’s Caravan Holiday Park of the Year 1999” and Winner of “England Excellence Caravan Holiday Park of the year 1999” chosen by the English Tourism Council.

Northcliffe Holiday Park is where our Holiday Homes are sited, the park has the David Bellamy “Gold” & “Silver” Awards for conservation & care for the environment. Northcliffe is adjacent to Oakham Woods and stream and has beautiful panoramic sea views along the coastline.

Situated in 36 acres of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park (a designated area of outstanding natural beauty). Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks are family owned and managed parks which enjoy a peaceful, quiet location with panoramic sea views set amidst beautiful countryside bordering the coast.
Ideally situated for ramblers with many coastal and inland walks available to try, the Cleveland Coastal Walk on Northcliffe`s park perimeter, enables you to walk into Whitby or Robin Hoods Bay along the beautiful heritage coast. Cyclists are also catered for through the close proximity of the national cycle network which runs between the two parks. The Moor to Sea cycle route is a long distance cycle trail across the North York Moors National Park. The trail links the towns of Scarborough, Pickering and Whitby, crossing through pleasant forests, wild open moorland, and traveling along the spectacular Heritage coast.  The route takes in some of the most varied and dramatic scenery in North Yorkshire.

"The sites “Hallmark “is quality and cleanliness!, Northcliffe & Seaview have been graded “Excellent” by the English Tourist Council and have their top award of 5* Stars.

On Northcliffe you will find a laundry with washing machines, dryer and ironing facilities. There are two children's adventure play areas (a tots Park for 3 – 6 year olds and a junior park for 7 – 14 year olds) with an aerial runway, climbing wall and also a junior pitch for the really energetic.

On the park is the Woodland Shop and Tea-room where you can pick up all the usual supplies. They also cater for breakfast, lunch, evening meals and snacks. A new addition from 2006 at the Woodland Café is a small bar with drinks license where you can have nice cool refreshing draught/bottled lager or uncork a bottle of wine, after a great day out with your lunch or evening meal.
